FREE Training

Tier 1

Tier 1 is the first support level responsible for initial basic customer issues. Customer service is the foundation for its support.
This is an entry level position with less than 1 year of work experience. 

Get Tier 1 Training  |  Get Tier 1 Certified 

Tier 2

Tier 2 is the second support level. 
Help Desk/Network technicians  will trouble issues and work in a team.
This is a Mid level position with  1-3 years of work experience.

Tier 3

Tier 3  is the third support level. It is the back-end support, the Issues are usually unique and required extensive troubleshooting. 
This is an expert level position with 3 years+ work experience.
